59. It was so cool when Rachel came back. The Animorphs aren't Animorphs without her.
69 since adding melissa was the last thing i expected!
69 hands down i haven't laughed so much in ages :D
I think about 42% of that book was devoted to comedy… Glad you found it amusing. I hate telling jokes that don't make people laugh.
57 because it has a bigger twist than a jumbo cheddar cheedo
That surprises me, actually. Between the general oddness of it and the little visit to Cao Cao and friends, I didn't expect many people to like it. I enjoyed writing it greatly, but I didn't think it'd go over well..
Glad someone else liked it, though. Very glad.
I liked it very much, i was specifically interested in the history you put into it, while i personally am a fan of Greek history i found it very enlightening. i think it makes your story better if you put your own interest in it, it also makes it easier to write seeing as you know actual facts instead of just random knowledge.
I'm glad you feel that way, and I was hoping readers would do the same. I just felt, after the fact, that 2nd century Chinese history was just a bit obscure for most tastes (though you'd be amazed how often I find ways to make use of that knowledge in real life).
To be honest, I had no intention of even publishing, so to speak, any of my fanfiction until around book 63. At first, it was just for me, so I really didn't worry too much about readers when I was writing the earlier stuff. But at 63, I realized: hey….I've written a lot of stuff here… I should make this available to others. And so I did.
well, its good that you did. it was a good story and i look forward to another like it!
Hmm…not sure how I'd write anything quite like that again… It was, after all, a very odd story. But I'm glad that went over well with at least one of my readers (and one of my most 'vocal' at that), so I'll see what I can whip up.
