So, I'm curious, what did everyone think about Mersa 528?

Love him, hate him, couldn't care less? Was he an effective character? Were you sorry to see him go? Did he make you think about anything fresh and fun?

I'd just like to know.

I quiet liked Mersa, but I don't know why. Yes, I was sad to see him go. But as it was Jake's life on the line, I think that I'd rather have Jake in the series.

I feel the same way, but you probably could have guessed that from the fact that I killed Mersa in favor of Jake.

I love the idea of working both with and against the Yeerks, and the mutual manipulation is very fun to write.
